NNN commercial properties in the $2-5M range with credit tenants (Dollar General, Walgreens, FedEx), long-term leases (10-25 years), and built-in rent escalations.
You Review & Invest
Full transparency on every deal: financials, tenant credit, lease terms, projected returns. $0 fees. Minimum investment $10K-$25K depending on the deal.
We Close & Manage
Boilerplate subscription docs, wire instructions, and ACH setup. We handle the closing, entity structuring, and ongoing management.
You Collect Rent
Monthly ACH deposits on the 1st of every month. 80/20 profit split -- 80% to you, 20% to NLRE. That's it.
